We collect the information you provide when you create an account (name, email), the monitors and alert channels you configure, and operational data generated by the service such as check results and incidents. If you sign in with Google or GitHub, we receive basic profile information from that provider.
We use your data to operate the monitoring service, deliver alerts through the channels you configure (email, Slack, webhooks, SMS, WhatsApp), process payments, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.
We rely on trusted providers to deliver the service, including our cloud host, Stripe for payments, Resend for email, Twilio for SMS and WhatsApp, and Anthropic for AI incident explanations. These providers process data only as needed to perform their function.
Check history is retained according to your plan. You can delete monitors, alert channels, and your account at any time, which removes the associated data.
